Parker approves La Paz economic agreement

“We have worked very hard on this agreement.”

With those words, Parker Town Manager Lori Wedemeyer presented a proposed agreement between the Town of Parker and the La Paz Economic Development Corporation for a vote by the Parker Town Council April 7. The agreement was approved unanimously by the council.

The agreement will carry through to the end of fiscal year 2020-21, on June 30, 2021. The LPEDC will receive $15,000 in the current fiscal year, and $30,000 in FY ’20-21.
