The Outpost sustainable development proposed in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A sustainable, desert-oriented retail and restaurant project is being proposed in North Scottsdale.

Plans for The Outpost also include a general store concept. The project is on 8.61 acres near Pima Road and Dynamite Boulevard in North Scottsdale’s scenic corridor.

Design plans have been submitted by Swaback Partners. The land is owned by Phoenix-based Frontera Development. They are seeking site plan approvals from the city of Scottsdale.
