Dillard’s will start reopening its Arizona stores today while Nordstrom will reopen its store at Scottsdale Fashion Square on Thursday as the economy emerges from some of COVID-19 lockdowns.

Nordstrom previously announced it is not reopening its store at Chandler Fashion Center as part of a round of permanent closures.

Dillard’s has 14 stores in Arizona including Scottsdale Fashion Square, San Tan Village, Paradise Valley Mall and Superstition Springs Mall. It also has clearance center in Phoenix and Casa Grande that will reopen on Wednesday.

Department stores and other reopening businesses are instituting social distancing and other healthy safety measures in response to COVID-19.
