New plans submitted for renovations at Scottsdale and Shea

Updated plans have been submitted for renovations and improvements at a commercial property at one of Scottsdale’s most prominent intersections.

The city of Scottsdale has received updated plans for renovations of The Relux at Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard.

Plans call for improvements, new facades and connecting existing buildings into a new two-story commercial building with office and retail uses.

The property is owned by David Goldstein, according to city records.  Architecture firm The Construction Zone Ltd. Submitted updated landscaping plans for the development at the request of Scottsdale’s Development Review Board.
