Landsea Homes sells out Arizona communities

Landsea Homes announced today that four communities in Arizona have completely sold out, less than fifteen months after the communities opened for sales. The communities include Grand Village, Mountain Views, Destiny at Verrado and Trenton Park.

“The rate at which we’ve sold nearly 400 homes in such a short time period is a statement that our homebuyers quickly capitalized on the location, desirability and value that these communities offered,” said Todd Condon, vice president of marketing and sales, Arizona division, Landsea Homes.
