Marijuana dispensary proposed for upscale Phoenix area

By Jessica Boehm | Ryan Randazzo | Arizona Republic

A major medical marijuana company wants to bring a 5,000-square-foot medical marijuana dispensary to the upscale corner of Tatum and Shea boulevards in Phoenix.

Harvest Health and Recreation, the company with the most dispensaries in Arizona, submitted a rezoning application to Phoenix in July.
