Scottsdale asked to extend medical marijuana dispensary’s hours

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A Scottsdale medical marijuana dispensary is asking the city to extend its hours.

Harvest House of Cannabis on Hayden Road near Raintree Drive is asking the city of Scottsdale to allow it to be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

The Harvest dispensary is currently open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The extended hours request is part of a renewal of Harvest’s conditional use permit with the city. Paperwork for that renewal has been newly filed.
Harvest Health also asked the Scottsdale City Council in May to allow it to extend its hours.
