Core West property in Peoria getting looks from developers

Peoria officials are touting an influx of interest from developers to bring new projects into the city.

One such site has been the Core West property located at the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Peoria Avenue.

The city bills Core West is an exciting new Class A commercial real estate project that could offer three 2-story Class A office buildings totaling 170,000 square feet on 14 acres of land. Officials say that companies looking for a professional office space, medical office, or creative space in Peoria would be ideal tenants for the property.
