Mark-Taylor submits plans for Scottsdale apts

Mark-Taylor Residential has submitted plans in Scottsdale for a new 180-unit apartment development at the northwest corner of 78th Street and Princess Boulevard.

Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor is looking to develop a 12.1-acre site. Mark-Taylor is asking for site plan and other approvals from Scottsdale.

The project is called San Bellara. It is adjacent to another new Mark-Taylor development which is currently under construction. That project is called San Artes.
