Sun Health embarks on first expansion of 300-acre Valley campus

After spending 39 years developing senior living communities for Sun Health, Gary Turner is first in line to move into Sun Health’s newest development in Litchfield Park.

Plans call for a $50 million project that will add 70 homes on Sun Health’s La Loma Village campus. To be called The Orchard at Rancho La Loma, the project will be the first phase of expansion on the existing La Loma Village Campus on the corner of Camelback and Litchfield roads.
