Updated plans have been filed with the city of Scottsdale for the redevelopment of the Scottsdale First Church of the Nazarene property on Hayden Road.
Arcadia Capital Group and the church have plans to bring a townhouse development to the 5.7-acre site.
Original redevelopment plans were filed last year in November. Updated plans have since been filed in July and most recently on August 31st.
The land needs to be rezoned from single-family residential to Scottsdale’s townhouse residential designation.
The church property is located on the west side of Hayden Road near Oak Street. The location is north of McDowell Road and south of Thomas Road.
