Adam Trenk, Rose Law Group Marijuana Lawyer, chats with Fox11 on Prop 207 regulations

Adam Trenk, Rose Law Group Cannabis Department Director, caught up with KOLD Tucson Fox 11’s Shaley Sanders after over 1.5 million voters voted to pass Prop 207, legalizing recreational marijuana in the state. A similar initiative failed in 2016.

Smoking marijuana in open places will be prohibited and employers can decide whether to allow marijuana at work and among employees. Trenk said, “Anyone convicted of certain marijuana related crimes would be able to petition the court to have their criminal records expunged starting July 12, 2021.” Sales can begin early next year.
