Fairfield Homes announces latest community @ Dove Mountain

MARANA, ARIZONA — Fairfield Homes is pleased to announce its newest community, Fairfield Homes @ Dove Mountain. This master-planned golf community is nestled at the base of the Tortolita Mountains surrounded by golf courses, hiking, and biking trails. Fairfield Homes has 78 homesites to choose from and has sold three homes in Phase I.

Fairfield Homes (David Williamson, CEO) bought six SFR lots at Boulder Bride Pass III at Dove Mountain for $858,000 ($143,000 per lot) from Dove Mountain Investors (David Mehl, Manager). The transaction closed October 28, 2020.

Boulder Bridge Pass is a gated community within Dove Mountain. Floorplans range from 2,300- to 4,000-square-feet, each with an optimized view of natural desert or golf course. These semi-custom homes have plenty of options including 12’ ceilings, a wall of glass leading to your indoor-outdoor living space, room extensions, on suites, and teen retreat. Standard in the homes is stainless steel appliances, tankless water heaters with recirculation pump, kitchen granite slab countertops, pendant lighting over island, built-in pantry with shelving, and smart home capabilities.
