Glendale looks at ordinance after voters legalize marijuana

The city of Glendale is looking at how it should adjust its city ordinances after Arizona voters approved a ballot measure legalizing recreational marijuana.

City staff and attorneys are asking for guidance on proposed changes to smoking and other ordinances in response to the passage of the marijuana measure on the November ballot.

The item is on the Glendale City Council’s Nov. 24 agenda.
