The Continental development project, otherwise known as the South Scottsdale mixed-use project, has amended aspects of its building plans in a rezoning request that was approved by the city on Dec. 7.
The request entailed that the city allow for the developer, Dolce Vita Development, to build a four-story mixed-use development located at 1000 N. Scottsdale Road.
Initially the development was considered a “highway commercial” property but was reclassified as a “planned unit development” per the rezoning agreement.
