Old Town Scottsdale short-term rental community put on the market

The Cooke Team at Colliers International in Arizona has been retained to market the MZ Scottsdale development for sale.

The Old Town Scottsdale property, at 7300 E. Minnezona Ave., is Arizona’s first Net Zero Energy townhome community and features 11 townhomes, according to a press release.
