The AutoNation Subaru car dealership has filed plans with the city of Scottsdale for a major renovation.
The Subaru dealership’s plans for a demolition of the existing sales showroom and construction of a new one just north of the current location.
The new showroom will be built on the site of an existing retention basin.
A new underground storage tank will be built to connect to the property’s existing storm drain system.
The new showroom construction will require the relocation of utilities as well as water and sewer lines.
A new vehicle service bay will be built and existing parking lot areas at the dealership will be improved.
The dealership is located at 15678 North Northsight Boulevard near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and the Loop 101 freeway.
AutoNation is asking Scottsdale for site plans and landscape plans to be approved for the project. The car dealership is located on 6.7 acres.
