The Phoenix Elementary School District is going above and beyond to ensure students and faculty remain safe, as schools nationwide roll towards reopening.  The district joins dozens of schools and businesses who have turned to the Scottsdale-based HealthyVerify Certification to go back to school safely, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

HealthyVerify is helping Phoenix Elementary develop and implement extensive protocols, such as conducting temperature checks for students on campus, increased sanitization, social distancing in the class room, mask requirements and more.

“Kudos to them for taking their community’s health so seriously and doing everything they can to continue teaching our kids in person during these crazy times,” said Kevin J. Berk, HealthyVerify’s CEO.

HealthyVerify and the School District are working together with parents to continue minimizing the risk of disease once off campus and at home.  HealthyVerify’s experts from the Barrow Neurological Institute and Arizona State University keep families up to date with how to monitor possible COVID-19 symptoms and other risks of transmission.

HealthyVerify will also be providing the School District with in-person inspections, presentations to the District’s Governing Board and virtual town halls with the School District, their staff and the families that attend their schools.

The Phoenix Elementary School District is made up of 14 schools, 2 administrative offices and approximately 6,000 students, who can look forward to a safer school year.

About HealthyVerify – HealthyVerify is based in Scottsdale, AZ and works with infectious disease experts from the Barrow Neurological Institute and researchers at Arizona State University to provide schools, businesses and venues with the protocols and procedures to help mitigate the spread of COVID and other viruses.
