BedBrock Developers buys in Paradise Valley

Bedbrock Developers bought three lots in Paradise Valley for $4,149,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Macdonald roads in Paradise Valley, breaks down to $1,383,000 per lot. The lots are part of the Invergordon Manor subdivision in Paradise Valley.

The seller was G&J Properties.

BedBrock Developers, Paradise Valley’s premier builder, recently announced that it has broken ground on the first mountainside showcase home in Crown Canyon, the most exclusive gated community in Arizona.
