Infill townhouses proposed in Glendale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The City of Glendale is being asked to rezone a 4.78-acre parcel at 69th Avenue and Paradise Lane for a proposed infill housing development.

Paradise Enclave LLC wants the vacant parcel rezoned from a single-family category to a multiple residence category.

The development — which will also be called Paradise Enclave — is slated to have 70 townhouse units with one and two bedrooms.

The Glendale Planning Commission will consider the zoning and development plans request at its March 4 meeting.
