Site plans have been submitted with the City of Scottsdale for a new live-work townhouse in downtown’s Entertainment District.

Plans call for a 4,254-square-foot, three-story townhouse at 4417 North Saddlebag Trail.

The property is currently home to an older commercial building.

Redevelopment plans call for 900 square feet of first-floor, commercial space, second and third floor residential space with a rooftop patio.

The plans have been submitted to the city by 4417 LLC with designs from AV3 Design Studio. The new infill project will also include a two-garage and the current structure will be demolished.
