Veteran Litigator Has Argued Scores Of Jury And Bench Trials
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) C. Ryan Curry is the newest Senior Attorney of the Litigation Department at Rose Law Group pc. Curry is well-suited to the job. His past experience includes serving as first chair in dozens of jury trials and more than 100 bench trials, most of them in Arizona.
Curry was born in Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2007.
He began his career practicing criminal defense law, practically appearing in Arizona courts on a daily basis. He was later promoted to Managing Attorney for a mid-sized Phoenix law firm. His resume also includes a solo practice that served clients in Arizona and Colorado.
Curry later returned to Texas as a litigation attorney with a focus on civil litigation. There he managed a staff consisting of multiple paralegals, legal secretaries, and junior associates.
Curry has represented both local and national corporations in contract disputes, malicious prosecution claims, subrogation, indemnity, and personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from automobile accidents, commercial trucking collisions, and premises liability actions. His clients have included national retailers and restaurant chains, construction material manufacturers, apartment complexes, and global beverage corporations.
