Curaleaf submits plans to turn Scottsdale bank building into marijuana dispensary

National cannabis company Curaleaf has submitted plans for a new marijuana dispensary in Scottsdale.

Curaleaf has submitted plans with the City of Scottsdale for a proposed marijuana dispensary in the Scottsdale Airpark area.

Curaleaf is requesting a use permit from the city for a new dispensary at N. Greenway-Hayden Loop and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd at (16277 N Greenway-Hayden Loop).

The building totals 22,724 square feet and was formerly a First Fidelity Bank.

Curaleaf is purchasing the property and wants to “adaptively reuse the existing building for the dispensary”, according to plans filed with the city.
