Denali buys in Scottsdale

Denali National Trust bought 3.82 acres of land in Scottsdale for $6,158,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The price breaks down to $1,612,041.88 per acre.

The land is located at 7301 E. Helm Rd., at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Greenway Parkway in Scottsdale.
