Recently completed in May, the ±10,169 RSF medical office property at 20040 N 19th Ave in Phoenix, AZ sold for $2,300,000. Representing the seller, Cassia Properties LLC, this deal was facilitated by Michael Waxman and Foster Bundy of LevRose/TCN Worldwide. The multi-tenant building was purchased by Veiny Envy, LLC, an owner/user who plans to occupy a portion while there is a National Healthcare group in place occupying roughly ±6,500 RSF.
