Landsea Homes closes on Glendale sites

By Mary Salmonsen | Builder

Landsea Homes has acquired 80 homesites in Glendale, Arizona, for a new community, Marlowe, set to begin construction in 2023.

The Marlowe community will feature a modern-style collection of two-story homes, each ranging from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet in size, with up to five bedrooms and attached three-car garages. Amenities will include a central community park and unique outdoor spaces.

“The West Valley is a very important region for us in the Phoenix metro area, and we’re excited about adding Marlowe to our growing list of new-home communities,” says Kaylee Smith, Landsea Homes Arizona division president. “We’re not only bringing a brand-new lineup of high-performance homes to an incredible location in Glendale, we’re also providing best-in-class housing choices at attainable price points for new residents.”

All homes at Marlowe will feature Landsea Homes’ high-performance home features. The smart home automation suite, powered by Apple HomeKit, will offer wireless internet, smart entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, dimmer switches, and pre-wiring for a doorbell camera.
