New restaurant, retail space planned in Scottsdale

Plans have been put forward in Scottsdale to build two new restaurant and retail buildings near McDowell Road and Hayden Road.

RKAA Architects Inc. has submitted plans for two buildings encompassing 2,400 square feet and 3,750 square feet, respectively.

The property is located at 8101 East McDowell Road in Scottsdale. The property is vacant.

Maricopa County Assessor records list Kingman-based Gen2 Properties LLC as the owner of the property.

The parcel already has commercial zoning. The city is being asked to approve site and design plans for the two new commercial buildings.
