Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that new homes are now selling at Sunset Farms in Tolleson and Northern Farms in Waddell, Arizona.

Sunset Farms consists of 140 single-family homes, with seven one-and two-story floorplans that range from 1,315 square feet to 3,018 square feet, with options for two to four bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices begin at $329,990.
