The Empire Group of Companies celebrated the opening of its newest community — Village at Olive Marketplace — during a Sept. 29 ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Featuring 204 single-story homes situated on 20-acres located at 53rd and Olive avenues, Village Olive Marketplace began leasing in June and is now over 50% leased.
“We are very pleased at how quickly the homes are leasing and to see individuals and families move in,” said Shelby Duplessis, president of land development for Empire Group. “It’s a tribute to the thought we put into our location selection, design and the quality of our construction.”
Village at Olive Marketplace is a neighborhood of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, ranging from 680 to 1,282 square feet. The homes include fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a dining area, doggy door leading to a private landscaped backyard, smart home technology, and parking options that include garage and storage spaces.
