The proposed mixed-use development with 278-multifamily units known as Greenbelt 88 has received a second continuance from Scottsdale City Council, postponing a vote on the project until February.
The continuance was granted during a Nov. 16 City Council meeting, which was a re-scheduled vote from October.
Greenbelt 88 has garnered significant attention from community members, including elected officials. During the November meeting, City Councilor Kathy Littlefield spoke of a resident petition with hundreds of signatures opposing the project, however it is not public record at this time.
