Eloy Mayor Micah Powell

ELOY — With his first full year as the mayor of Eloy almost in the books, Micah Powell, along with his fellow City Council members, are emphasizing a foundation to bring success to the city.
Powell has sought to create a vision for both the present and future of the city he governs. He touts the success of local events like the Fiestas Patrias, Electric Light Parade, the March On for Voting Rights and the town hall meeting with Congressman Tom O’Halleran as some of the highlights of this year.
However, more importantly Powell believes, he and his team have done a good job at showing off the city and showing what opportunities could be had for both residents as well as potential businesses.
