Storage project proposed in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A 94,020-square-foot storage project is being proposed in Scottsdale near the Loop 101 freeway and Shea Boulevard.

RAN Properties LLC wants to build an “Internalized community self-storage” on a vacant 1.8-acre property at 8888 E. Desert Cove Ave.

That is north of Shea Boulevard and east of the Loop 101 freeway.

EAPC Architects Engineers has submitted plans for a zoning district amendment for the project. The land has an industrial park zoning designation.

R.J. DeLorto and Alvin Yono are listed as the corporate managers of Scottsdale-based RAN Properties, according to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
