219 home sites first for south Apache Junction

The first two parcels of land in the D.R. Horton portion of Superstition Vistas — parcels 19.1 and 19.2 — will have model homes open by January 2023, the Apache Junction Water District was told recently.

Parcel 19.1 is to become a 110-unit subdivision, and Parcel 19.2 is to be a 109-unit subdivision, Water District Director Mike Loggins said during the Jan. 18 meeting of the water district board, which is comprised of City Council members.
