TUCSON, ARIZONA – The Star Valley master-planned community in Tucson’s southwest submarket is picking up right where it left off in 2021. LGI Homes, Inc purchased 101 lots (40’X110’) in Block 1 that will serve as the initial purchase for the homebuilder.
Star Valley had a strong 2021 with over 350 lots sold to Lennar, Meritage and Richmond American all adding to their respective positions in the masterplan. Sales at Star Valley Destiny Collection (Lennar), Las Patrias at Star Valley (Meritage) and Seasons at Star Valley (Richmond American) have been extremely strong and have signaled a renewed strength to Tucson’s southwest submarket. This activity has fueled the demand for additional lots to be purchased and developed.
