A Chicago developer and DMB Associates have submitted plans for new luxury condominiums priced as high as $1.42 million at the sprawling One Scottsdale development near Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 freeway.
Chicago’s Belgravia Group wants to develop 112 high-end condos on 5.4 acres of vacant land at DMB’s One Scottsdale project.
The condo development is called Portico. Units will be priced between $540,000 and $1.42 million. Condos will range between 1,180 and 2,775 square feet.
Belgravia and DMB have submitted site plans with The City of Scottsdale for the condo project. Plans call for nine five-story buildings.
