Dallas developer closes on Tempe infill parcel to build large apartment complex

Dallas-based Trinsic Residential Group just closed on an urban infill parcel near Arizona State University in Tempe with plans to build a $75 million apartment community.

This will be the company’s third project in Tempe, said Todd Gosselink, managing director for the southwest region for Trinsic Residential Group.
