Bauer, who works in land use, zoning and data centers, joins a team that is busier than ever as these areas of the law are seeing substantially more growth and opportunity over the last decade.
Bauer received her Arizona real estate license and graduated from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate and a certificate in International Business. She went on to achieve a law degree from Arizona State University where she was an Associate Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and recognized as a Pedrick Scholar.
Before her time at Rose Law Group, Bauer gained transactional experience drafting contracts and data center deals at Iron Mountain Data Centers. Bauer also worked in the data center solutions group at JLL, a commercial real estate firm in Phoenix.
Rose Law Group pc is a one-stop real estate shop that can process land use/zoning/real estate projects through due diligence and acquisition through entitlements and project management. Rose Law Group pc was established by Founder and President Jordan Rose as a land use and zoning law firm.
During the last real estate “boom” the Scottsdale firm had one of the busiest land use and zoning practices in the U.S., representing approximately 90 percent of all represented cases in Pinal County, the fastest-growing county in the country during that time. Rose Law Group pc demonstrates its continued prioritization of real estate transactions and zoning matters with this new hire.
“Madelaine has a real innate ability to connect with people which is so important in land use and zoning. She also possess a superior attention to detail and is motivated to be the best. I love her zip,” said Jordan Rose, founder and owner of Rose Law Group pc.
