New details revealed for proposed massive Valley distribution facility

The city of Glendale unveiled new details for a proposed manufacturing and distribution center that has been proposed for a fast-growing industrial area of the Valley.

The Phoenix Business Journal first reported in December that San Francisco-based Williams-Sonoma Inc. (NYSE: WSM) signed a lease for 1.2 million square feet at The Cubes at Glendale, a planned industrial park that at full buildout will include 5.5 million square feet of space developed on about 335 acres.
