HercuTech announces sustainable build-to-rent community in Maricopa

MARICOPA — Tempe-based HercuTech plans to use what they call a “green friendly” material to build a build-to-rent single family project providing Maricopa residents with a more sustainable home option.

According to a press release, this building technology company announced plans for construction on a build-to-rent single family home community coming to Maricopa.

EVR Porter is by El Dorado Holdings and consists of 194 units located at 17805 N. Porter Road using sustainable building material the company called HercuWall.
