Magnolia Waterside developers update Old Town Scottsdale plans

Dallas-based Magnolia Property Co. has submitted updated plans with the City of Scottsdale for a new 54-unit apartment development on the Arizona Canal near Indian School Road and 68^th Street.

The planned multifamily development is called Magnolia Waterside @ Old Town

It is slated for a one acre site and the building is slated to be four stories, according to plans submitted with the city.

Zoning and height for the property were approved in 2020.

Texas-based Magnolia submitted its first plans for the development in April.

Wilder Architects is serving as the architecture firm for the Scottsdale project.
