Developer closes on land for second phase of Mesa industrial, retail park

As Thompson Thrift breaks ground on the first phase of the Elliot Tech Center, it secured the land to plan its next phase of the retail and industrial project in Mesa.

The Indianapolis-based developer closed Sept. 13 on 48.5 acres located near the northwest corner of Elliot Road and Signal Butte Road. The land wraps around the first phase of the Elliot Tech Center near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and will be used to build the next phase of Thompson Thrift’s project.
