Hotels and resorts continue to redefine what it means to stay in Phoenix, with a slate of new openings and renovations on the horizon for 2023.
Collectively, these hotels will expand lodging options in the Valley in a time of increasing tourism. From January to November 2022, lodging in Arizona generated $4.8 billion in gross sales and about $251 million in tourism taxes, according to the Arizona Office of Tourism. Both figures are up 29% from 2021.
