A groundbreaking ceremony is set for March 29 for this 7-story apartment community in Tempe that will set aside 20 affordable housing units.

Wexford Developments and Wexford Real Estate Investors are investing more than $500 million to develop apartment communities in Tempe and Flagstaff over the next five years.
