A new luxury build-to-rent townhome community with all the living essentials is now leasing in one of Phoenix’s hottest neighborhoods.

Willow 38 has 48 unites ranging from 2026 to 2,200 sq. ft. and is ideally located within the Arcadia neighborhood, minutes away from multiple shopping centers, gyms, outstanding schools, and more.

“We targeted this site specifically because of its outstanding schools, restaurants and lifestyle amenities that continue to draw people into this part of town,” says Chris Janson of Executive Vice President Raintree Development. “It has been exciting time for us here at Raintree, and great to see these projects turn into communities where people want to live.”

Featuring newly designed spacious 3 to 4-bedroom floorplans, residents will have the ability to create a unique space of comfort, with a private backyard designed specifically for each home. Amenities in the community include a resort-style pool and hot tub, a Bark Park for four legged dependents and a pickleball court to stay active and social.

This gated new build has constructed smart homes with convenience in mind. Residents can use their phone to control the thermostat, use Ring doorbells and security system, detect leaks and open the garage.

While not at home, enjoy the endless amount of local restaurants like Postino Wine Cafe and Buck & Rider, a variety of nearby entertainment, shopping centers, and Camelback views right around the corner.

Janson says, “The team at MEB Management Services in Phoenix began pre-leasing for us a few months ago and we are excited to have our first residents moving into the project in late April!”
