Paradise Valley estate fails to sell at auction

A resort-style villa in Paradise Valley didn’t sell at a global auction last week, which means Casa Oso Negro is now back on the market for $20 million. 

A buyer could have picked up the 16,809-square-foot estate for as low as $12 million, the reserve at Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions, but now it’s back on the market for $20 million.
