TMW Offroad fabrication facility planned in Mesa

A Mesa company that builds utility terrain vehicles and ships parts internationally plans to construct a 29,937-square-foot fabrication and customization facility on 2 acres in the Gateway Airport Commerce Park in Mesa.

The Mesa Design Review Board on June 13 voted 5-0 to approve the look and landscaping for the TMW Offroad industrial development west of Ellsworth Road and north of Germann Road. Absent were Chairman Paul Johnson and board member Jeanette Knudsen.

Developments planned for Gateway Airport Commerce Park are required to go before the city’s design review board for a vote of approval or denial, Planner Jennifer Merrill said at the meeting.
