Buckeye approves final plat for Ventana Ranch community

The Buckeye City Council had an extensive agenda Tuesday night, including the phase one approval for a 455 housings unit community.

Council approved the final plat for Ventana Ranch Phase I, generally located on the southeast corner of Watson Road and Broadway Road.

Developer Lennar Arizona LLC requested approval of a final plat of Ventana Ranch Phase I that consists of 455 lots on 121.37 acres. Full half-street improvements will be constructed for Watson and Broadway Roads, according to council documents. Roeser Road and 233rd Avenue will be constructed to collector road standards.
