California developer files proposal for East Valley industrial park

Phelan Development recently took a step forward to develop a new industrial park in the southeast valley.

The Newport Beach, California-based developer has submitted a site plan modification to the city of Mesa on a three-building, 471,000-square-foot industrial park. The park, dubbed Phelan Pecos Center I, would be built on a nearly 24-acre site on the southwest corner of Pecos and Hawes roads, just south of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
