An all-new convenience store and gas station will be popping up within Coolidge city limits in the near future. An Allsup’s will be on the southwest corner of State Route 287 and Attaway Road.
Although relatively new to Arizona — the Coolidge location would be the fourth in the state — Allsup’s Convenience Stores is a staple in New Mexico, where the chain was founded. The stores are considered “world famous” for their burritos and other hot food, as well as being one of the earliest adopters of the 24-hour self-serve gas station model.
Allsup’s can be found throughout New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma and have well over 400 stores across those states. After being acquired by Yesway in 2019, the Allsup’s headquarters was moved to Fort Worth, Texas, but otherwise the company did not experience too much operational change store-by-store.
