Queen Creek considers final plat for condo development

The final plat for a condominium development has been approved by the Queen Creek Town Council.

At its Wednesday meeting, the council approved a final plat request by LDR Pacific-Lone MT LLC for 186 units of residential condominiums in the gated rental community Mayberry on Rittenhouse. The community is on Rittenhouse Road east of Sossaman Road. 
The plat area is almost 16 gross acres and combines two parcels into one. The parcel provides access off Rittenhouse Road. On June 1, the council approved rezoning the land, as well as a site plan.
